Dr Chan Jan Bond is a Resident Consultant Ophthalmologist and Deputy Medical Director at the International Specialist Eye Centre (ISEC), Kuala Lumpur, where he also serves as Head of Refractive Surgery.

 

He has a sub-specialty interest in cataract and refractive surgery, with particular expertise in premium intraocular lenses (IOLs) and complicated cataract surgeries. Dr Chan is actively involved in advancing clinical outcomes through the application of modern technology, personalised lens selection, and evidence-based surgical strategies.

 

He is actively engaged in professional leadership and education and currently holds the following positions:

• Committee Member, College of Ophthalmologists, Academy of Medicine Malaysia

• Committee Member of Rainbow Bridge Malaysia (NGO)
