I am a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Gleneagles Hospital Penang. I had my post-graduate Ophthalmology training under Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) from 2012-2015. After completion of my Ophthalmology training, I joined the national Medical Retina Fellowship program in 2017-2019. This was followed by further training as a clinical and research fellow in Medical Retina & Uveitis under Prof Noemi Lois, Queen’s University Belfast, UK. In 2021, I further pursued Uveitis fellowship training at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan under Prof Hwang Yih Shiou; whereby I was exposed to various cases of uveitic and retinal cases requiring surgical intervention. Currently I am practising at Gleneagles Hospital Penang and still active in managing medical retinal and uveitic cases.
