Dr. Fazilawati A. Qamarruddin (Malaysia) is a Consultant Ophthalmologist specializing in Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City, Subang Jaya, Selangor.

She serves as a Council Member of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia (Ophthalmology), a committee member of the Jawatankuasa Kurikulum Jabatan Oftalmologi (JKKJ), Universiti Malaya, and a reviewer for the Malaysian Journal of Ophthalmology. Dr. Fazilwati is also a member of the Subspecialty of Ophthalmology Council and the Malaysian Eye-Health Strategic Committee (MESC). In addition, she serves as Treasurer of the Malaysia Advocacy for Myopia Prevention (MAMP) group since September 2025.
