Dr. Low obtained her PhD from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2022 and was recognized with the Graduate on Time (GOT) award. Throughout her academic career, she has received several awards for impactful research and research excellence. She is currently a Fellow of the British Contact Lens Association (FBCLA), and a lecturer at UKM. Dr. Low has extensive experience working with children in both clinical and research settings. Her expertise lies in orthokeratology and myopia control. Her doctoral research investigated changes in ocular dimensions among myopic children before and after orthokeratology treatment using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), contributing to a deeper understanding of myopia progression and evidence-based myopia management.
