Dr. Nurliza Khaliddin is a Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology, Universiti Malaya and a Paediatric Ophthalmology Consultant in the Universiti Malaya Medical Center. 

She is actively involved in the training of ophthalmologist in Malaysia. She is a key person in the writing of the National Postgraduate Medical Curriculum for Ophthalmology and actively trains trainers for Ophthalmology training programmes.

She is an examiner for the national clinical master examination, the FRCOph(London) higher surgical training exit examination under the Academy of Medicine (Malaysia) and the subspecialty exit examination for paediatric ophthalmology.
