Dr Rajasudha Sawri Rajan is a Consultant Ophthalmologist who specializes in Medical Retina & Uveitis. She completed her fellowship in Moorfields Eye Hospital, London in 2021 and subsequently practiced as Consultant Medical Retina & Uveitis in Hospital Shah Alam as well as Hospital Selayang. She was also a Visiting Consultant in Hospital Queen Elizabeth, Kota Kinabalu, Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh and Penang General Hospital.

 

She is involved in multiple national guidelines committee including Clinical Practice Guideline for PCV Committee in Malaysia. She is currently the Vice Chair for the Retina Chapter, College of Ophthalmology, Academy of Medicine Malaysia, as well as a committee member of the Inherited Retina Diseases Interest Group in Malaysia. She is also an external reviewer for the Malaysian Journal of Ophthalmology.

 

She is actively involved in the National Diabetic Eye screening Program with experience in local sites for global studies such as the SHORE, SALWEEN, QUASAR, and VOYAGER.

 

She currently practices in Oasis Eye Specialist, Kuala Lumpur and Thomson Hospital, Kota Damansara and is a Visiting Consultant in Sunway Medical Centre Velocity, KL.
