Dr. Maftuhim Addenan is an Ophthalmologist specializing in Cornea and External Eye Diseases, currently practicing at Hospital Sungai Buloh, Malaysia. She obtained her MBBS and Master of Ophthalmology from the University of Malaya and subsequently completed fellowship training in Cornea and External Eye Disease under the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

With more than 15 years of medical experience and over a decade in ophthalmology, Dr. Maftuhim has extensive expertise in the management of corneal disorders, ocular surface diseases, complex cataract and corneal surgeries. She has served in several major tertiary referral centers across Malaysia, including Hospital Sungai Buloh, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Hospital Queen Elizabeth, Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim, and University Malaya Medical Centre.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Maftuhim is actively involved in teaching, postgraduate supervision, research, and professional development. She had contributed to peer-reviewed publications in ocular trauma, corneal disease, and rare ophthalmic conditions.
